- For Full Party Kit - Flat Fee: +$25 per kit – delivered within 5–7 days.
- For smaller items / loose decors: +$10 per item – delivered within 5–7 days.
- Large or Custom Orders – Express fee will be 30% of the total order value (minimum $50).
