After checkout, please send your preferred photo with the order number to thegiftcabana@gmail.com or via Whatsapp (65 8493 8991). We will reply with a confirmation before proceeding.
To ensure the best result:
Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo (no cuts on the face or head).
The photo should be front-facing (both ears visible), close-up of the face and upper body.
Make sure the face and head are free of obstructions (no hands, objects, or clothing covering).
For long hair: tie in a ponytail or pigtails, or divide and bring hair to the front over both shoulders.
Shoot in natural daylight (indirect light, e.g., balcony), avoid night shots, direct sunlight, or flash.

Our standard Production & Delivery time is 2 weeks.
🚚 Express Service
Need your order sooner? We offer an Express Service option:
- For Full Party Kit - Flat Fee: +$25 per kit – delivered within 5–7 days.
- For smaller items / loose decors: +$10 per item – delivered within 5–7 days.
- Large or Custom Orders – Express fee will be 30% of the total order value (minimum $150).
❓How to Request Express Service
- For Full Party Kit: Select the Express Service Add-On upon Add-To-Cart OR
- For several items / decors, you can select the Express Service on the Checkout page for the entire order OR
- Contact us directly for urgent requests (custom orders, bulk purchases).

- Express orders are prioritized in our production schedule.
- Once confirmed, express orders cannot be refunded or changed.
